Do you offer hybrid work?

Yes! We have two-days in the office policy. If you want to come more, you are always welcome. Since you are going to work from home as well, we offer a home-office budget of 750Є.

How should I prepare for the interview?

- After reading the job description, prep some questions! We value curiousity and eagerness to understand our company.

- Read our DNA session, so, you know what our values are!

- Read ''Meet our People'' session to understand how is working at Intus and if this is the right environment for you.

- Just relax: we are not biting!

How is the interview process at Intus/Swisio?

1) A chat with a member of the recruitment team: depending on the role, this can last between 30 and 45 minutes

2) Meet the team: a more technical interview to get to know how is it the work behind the scenes.

3) Is everything to your liking so far? Our recruiter will go with you through a potential offer and see if we can find a pre-agreement.

4) Meet your future manager and some senior mentor in the company: it is important that you feel that you can learn, develop yourself, having a good rapport with your future manager and mentor :-)

What do you evaluate during the interviews?

- Read our DNA session to discover our values. Our Mission & Vision statement are our guidelines in the selection process.

- Your motivation to join us is also something that we evaluate carefully.

- Your energy! Show us your enthusiasm during the interview process, this will make a difference.

- Of course, competences. If your skillset is 70% close to our job description, feel free to apply. We are not looking for perfection... We are looking for a human being who can grow with us!
